A service for storing items throughout Ukraine. The logistics of parcels are handled by the Nova Poshta service, so the geography for using the service is quite extensive.

Sales — to be more precise, increasing the number of item shipments for storage in the warehouse.

Since the project was created literally from scratch, we approached it thoroughly and collaborated with the project owner even on website development, providing our recommendations primarily as marketers. This project was a successful tandem of the owner, SMM specialist, and targeting specialist.

- Analytical work: market analysis, competitors, and target audience
- Creating a blog management concept, working through segments and addressing their pain points

- Number of followers on 2 profiles (Instagram and Facebook) exceeded 1,000 (this is already more than all competitors who have a longer history)

- Loyal audience (ER on some posts reached 28%)
- About 20 item shipments completed
As you understand, there will be no “before” photo because we started from scratch. But here is the design we developed for the client, based on their preferences and our vision for brand positioning.

Conclusion
Since our budget was limited, we operated within its constraints and could reach over 30,000 people per month, which is quite a good indicator for this niche and conditions. Therefore, we just need to continue and move from the stage of interest to the trust of followers.
We believe this is a very interesting case because the niche is quite complex. It is necessary to work very productively on building trust with subscribers so that they become clients.
And we think we have done quite well in this regard, looking at the statistics of the posts on the screen.
Some insights:
- try promoting content through various methods. We found that boosting posts worked better than classic targeting to the page or directly to the website.
- try using clips from movies/series for your advertising creatives that will describe your business well. At the very least, people will watch the ad to the end because it will be interesting to them. At most, you will reach a larger audience.
- content is key, especially if it is creative and addresses the audience’s pain points, it will work well even without additional promotion, so pay attention to good analysis before creating.
