YMS (Young Marketing Stars) — an online project by the marketing agency Marketorium for students of leading universities in Ukraine, aimed at providing participants with basic knowledge and enhancing their skills in the field of marketing.

It was necessary to create a chatbot for the Marketorium agency for the student training marathon Young Marketing Stars

How did we achieve this result?

A funnel for collecting information was developed.

Three avatars were also created, each with its own characteristics and communication style: Sasha, Anyuta, and Mykyta.

The user had to choose the desired avatar with whom they would like to continue the conversation.

After the selection, the chosen avatar was assigned the corresponding tag.

What did this give us?

We gained the ability to personalize the bot according to user preferences. Personalization increases the level of trust, as it creates the impression of communicating with a real person.

It is important to note that the registration period was limited.

Conclusion

Thus, we collected information about 474 students and graduates from various universities in Ukraine over 3 months. We not only attracted a new audience, increased our brand recognition among young people, but also maintained contact with potential employees.
