Idea

A Telegram bot that will serve as a full-fledged assistant for both the recruiter and the candidate. The main idea is to make communication as fast as possible and to automate and simplify the recruitment process. We created a Telegram bot that became a digital assistant for automating the recruitment processes of ProWork. The functions we implemented:

How We Achieved This Result

Challenges

The ProWork team faced a number of difficulties in scaling their operations:

  • A lot of time was spent on manual communication with candidates — gathering information, sending responses, clarifying details, etc.
  • There was no single channel where candidates could see all current vacancies, leave feedback, or
  • go through initial qualification.
  • Employers received candidates without structure: they had to separately gather data,

  • unclear interaction path.

ProWork wanted to maintain their efficiency in growth without increasing costs for manual labor.
Thus, the question arose of automating key stages of recruitment through a simple and clear
tool.

Solution

We developed a Telegram bot with logic that allows:

  • to quickly survey candidates and transfer the collected data to a Google spreadsheet;
  • to automatically match vacancies based on the parameters from the survey;
  • to transfer candidates to the CRM with status tracking;
  • to allow employers to add job vacancies without the involvement of recruiters;
  • to create an admin panel where the bot can be managed, texts edited, and job vacancies updated.
