Generali Insurance Company is an exclusive agency with many years of experience as an insurance intermediary. They provide expert assistance on many issues from car insurance to personal life medical insurance.

Idea

Organize information and answers to frequently asked questions for existing clients, as well as attract new clients. The main CTA is to leave an application or contact a manager

Tasks

Create a chatbot with answers to frequently asked questions, useful materials, information about the insurance agency and services. Essentially, it should perform a presale function, building a funnel for submitting applications and thus gathering an audience, informing about new products or laws, selling, and retaining clients. Even those who are just looking for some information now may buy later; they should not be lost.

How did we achieve this result?

We created a bilingual bot (Ukrainian and Russian).

Right from the start, we segment users into existing clients and new clients. Depending on their choice, different options are offered. 

The user can choose any area of insurance that interests them. For each area, they receive general information and the opportunity to leave an application for the insurance service. At any moment, there is an option to contact a manager and ask their questions directly to a person. 

There is also a section listing all the specifics of the contract signing procedure, the list of required documents, and the email address of the manager. 

As a result, the user can immediately send all the documents necessary for signing the contract and leave their details for submitting an application. The manager receives a notification about the application, reviews the provided information, and contacts the client fully prepared. This saves time on preliminary consultations.

A separate large block is dedicated to frequently asked questions. Here, based on the manager’s experience, we collected all the questions that arise most often among users. In this section, one can find answers to urgent questions, such as what to do in case of an accident.  

The bot also has the option to go to the personal account on the company’s website if the user is already a registered client.
